Welcome to Master Baking Cooking Classes in Kanpur. By enrolling in our classes, using our website, or interacting with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment & Registration

• All participants must complete the registration process and pay the applicable fees in advance.

• Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• You must be at least 13 years of age to participate unless otherwise stated for kids’ classes.

2. Class Fees & Payment

• Class fees must be paid in full before the class begins.

• Payments can be made via UPI, online payment gateways, or in cash at our premises.

• Fees are non-refundable except under specific conditions outlined below.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by Student:

  • 100% refund if canceled 7 days prior to the class date.

  • 50% refund if canceled 3–6 days prior to the class.

  • No refund if canceled less than 3 days before the class or in case of a no-show.

• Cancellation by Us:

  • If we cancel or reschedule a class, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

4. Class Conduct & Rules

• Arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

• Maintain cleanliness and follow kitchen safety instructions.

• Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.

• Mobile phones must be on silent during sessions.

5. Intellectual Property

• All recipes, materials, and training content provided are the intellectual property of Master Baking Cooking Classes.

• You may not record, copy, or distribute class materials without written permission.

6. Photography & Video Use

• We may take photographs or videos during classes for promotional purposes.

• By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed unless you notify us in writing before class.

7. Health & Allergies

• It is the student’s responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of registration.

• We are not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues caused during or after the class.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damages that occur during your participation in any class or activity.

• You participate at your own risk and are expected to follow safety guidelines provided by the instructor.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
